How do you ensure your customers have the supplies they need to sell on to their own customers? Do you run any promotions/marketing initiatives to help them maximise their sales? Do you ensure your teams are up to date about the latest innovations in vaping? Our judges will be looking for:
- Customer service – how do you helping vaping retailers to boost their sales?
- Growth – how has vaping helped your own company’s growth (for example percentage sales growth figures in this category)
- Supply chain – how do you keep the supply chain for vaping products moving ensuring retailers always have the stock they need and on time?
